Retrieved my DAVIDs order and got home in time to receive The Great Canadian TTB!! Time to turn on the kettle…
It’s a good day! -The sun is out (in otherwise dreary Washington) and I just received a wonderful surprise package of samples from Courtney! :D I already opened the curtains to let the sun in, so now it’s time to turn on Michael Buble’s “Feeling Good” and heat up the kettle.

(sorry this reply might not be in the right place because inaccessible site LOL) but yes, if you can call cramming like seven thousand teas into a box a non-suitcase, you can…but I’m still pretty sure it was a suitcase!
So it’s somewhere between a SMALL box and a suitcase one would take on an overseas trip?

H&S Lapsang Souchong (I’d forgotten I’d clicked on it when I was browsing the selection on Amazon. It was an add on item. I had nothing else I wanted.)
I’ve never had Lapsang Souchong before, but I love smokey scotches, so I thought why not smokey tea?
can’t remember how smokey H&S is but uh maple syrup + smokey teas..just remember that. ;)
Mmm hopefully you love smokey teas. I do need to try them with some maple syrup, but I’m an outright rebel and actually add sugar…either way, smoke is where it’s at. So cozy!
Debating on if I want to try it tonight or not. I do need to get a good night’s sleep, and it’s already 8:30. But it smells good. Maybe I can drink just half a mug…..
And I do have some out of this world maple syrup that just sits in my fridge because I rarely have anything to use it on….hmmmm
Oh gosh, I’m having the same temptations with the vanilla matcha sil sent me…but given that matcha is known to be akin to hooking yourself up to a caffeine drip, I should probably hold off.
And maybe you can have your smoke tea first thing tomorrow morning…and have something to dream about/look forward to! (I can’t be the only one who gets excited the night before trying a new morning tea)
