Well, any tea helps me really. Unless it’s just plain bad tea. But I think the earl grey cremes help the most! I went from not trying any of them because I thought I wouldn’t like them to having… let’s see… five different earl grey cremes in my stash within a couple months! Yikes!
Any really good green or oolong tea and I get “ah, life is good” feelings. :)
I agree with your green and oolong selection. They always turn my frown upside down!
Matcha or Blueberry Cream Cheese Danish from 52teas…. Add water and sip= instant smile!
Just imagining myself sipping that tea gave me an instant smile! Sounds amazing!
My “cheer me up” tea is a nice Oolong thats on the “darker” end of the spectrum, I like many of them but the one at this time that cheers me up the best is DMS Santikhiri Fanzhi Oolong by Siam Tee Shop
Hot Cinnamon Spice from Harney and Sons or Lavender/Jasmine Black Tea from Premium Steep. Both make me smile when I take the first sip.
Milky oolong from Tin Roof Tea. Makes me smile every time.
Mint Teas, and Bancha and Genmaicha Mostly, Chai in winter
top 6 in Order: Bigelow Mint Medley, Zhena’s Gypsy Tea,Sense of Peace, Numi White Rose, Numi Moroccan Mint, Celestial Seasonings Peppermint, Sleepytime.
Genmaicha, Bancha: Always my first choice all around, and Flowering Teas always cheer me.
Matcha or an Ali Shan. Good thing I don’t need a cheer me up too very often. I’d be broke. Although I did see norbu tea had an Ali Shan for sale…
I’ll generally have a Lady Grey from Twinings or some new italian white teas with violet scent or similar.
Graveyard Mist! Is anyone surprised?
When that runs out I will use Good Morning Sunshine by Butiki Teas or Lemon Meringue by ESP Emporium. Or is it called Lemon Chiffon? Too lazy to look. :-/
