Favorite herbal teas?

I like to make my own blends by buying individual herbs such as: peppermint, spearmint, lemongrass, lavender, chamomile, rosehips, etc. Spearmint and peppermint I find to be absolutely wonderful cold brewed. Most of these you can find at Adagio Teas.

As for pre-made blends I prefer blended Rooibos. Rooibos Tropica from Teavana, Peppermint Rooibos from Rishi, and Jessie’s Tea from Davids Tea are my favorites so far.

Other herbal blends I found to be pretty good are Tranquil Dream, Peach Tranquility, and Strawberry Lemonade, all three are from Teavana. I’ve also found Midsummer Night’s Dream and Mother’s Little Helper good, both of those are from Davids Tea.

Pineapple Kona Pop from Teavana is pretty good (especially iced) if you like pineapple. Just don’t do the full 1.5 tsp or it’s too overwhelming.
Honeybush with just a touch of cinnamon is another one of my favorites :]

I just wrote about a Heath & Heather one Lemon & Ginger – it was amazing for a bagged tea! Very nice, real lemon with some gentle ginger :)
