Interesting article. The article states to avoid drinking tea prior to and after a meal. What about drinking tea during a meal? I’ve had Yumcha in Hong Kong, China, Japan, US, and this is a custom of eating (Dim Sum) while drinking lots of tea.

Can you post something related to precautions on drinking tisanes, botanical, and other herbal teas?
(I figure other precautions apply since tisanes/botanical/herbal teas do not come from the same plant as black, white, green, or oolong do)
