1-2 depending on the season. Usually black/puer teas during the day and green teas at night during the winter.
I know this is a terrible response from a theoretical tea addict, but only one. My tea consumption went WAY down last summer (too hot!) and never really picked up again. I don’t enjoy iced tea and can’t bring myself to drink more than one (or maybe two if I’m up for a re-steep) hot cuppa each day.
One in the morning and sometimes one in the evening…
it depends on my mind, something stronger in morning (oolong, pu erh, black tea), something tasty with lunch (sencha or other japan tea, ginseng oolong), afternoon something for long while (taiwan oolong, chinese green tea) and something with low caffeine content in evening or before sleeping (kukicha, herbal tea)
3 or 4 – a combination of hot, iced and herbal
Usually three: a chinese green, a japanese green and an oolong.
Today, for instance, I drank goshang maojian, tamaryokucha and tie quanyin. Lovely :)
Usually at least two, and as many as five or six depending on what I’m doing, what the weather is like and what else I’m drinking that day.
