English breakfast

It really just depends on what your tastes are and where you get it. The store brand might be low quality leaf compared to something you might find online. The breakfast teas are all to my knowledge blends of different teas to make one black tea. You might want to look around and see if a few places have samples you can try of their blend. Adagio usually has cheap samples.
