YES! I definitely took advantage of the free tasting. You get another one if you check in facebook, I believe. And then checking in with yelp gives you a free sample (for any price point tea), and then checking in on foursquare gives you 5% off. Not sure what ScoutMob does, though.

The free tasting actually inspired me to buy more teas. They all tasted so good. I suspect the great NYC tap water is the reason, and that when I go home and use my FL filtered-tap water, it won’t be the same, but we’ll see ;)

ScoutMob is awesome. It’s like groupon except you don’t have to buy the deal ahead of time. The current coupon is 50% off with a max discount of $20. Its a great deal. I walked out of there feeling like I looted the place after all the discounts and samples. Hehe

If they sell Dasani where you live, I believe it’s just filtered NYC tap water.

The vanilla grapefruit isn’t very grapefruity but it is very tasty. I think of it as a milk chocolate with a bit of zesty mystery. I have some cold brewed in the fridge right now!

Their Milk Oolong is the most fabulous tea in the history of tea.

If it’s like any of the other Scoutmob deals recently, it’s like they never expire until you use them if they’re only on the app! Or at least it seems that way, I’ll probably find out the hard way.

It was bothering me as well. According to the website, it’s Davids Tea, no apostrophe, as weird as it looks.

Here’s a quote from their Terms of Service – ‘As the terms of this Agreement may be modified at Davids Tea’s sole discretion’ – this proves they know how to use the genitive apostrophe but don’t have any in their name.

I only see the one review on the Red Tea Leaf Site but I would imagine it would be good if you like rooibos especially with those flavors!

Sounds great! I love a company with great customer service. I’ve been meaning to try Butiki, some of their blends look amazing.

Butiki is a great company! Their blends have been wonderful – even the ones that weren’t my cup of tea :) their service is really outstanding.

They do have unusual blends and Stacy couldn’t have been more accomodating. So far I couldn’t be happier. I usually buy from massive companies who don’t need my business to thrive but it’s always nice to go for indies sometimes and be offered samples for a change :)

wow I just realized how fall-like all of these really are. And here I was just last week complaining about how it’s still August and I don’t want fall things around, hahaha.

Harry Potter used to live in a cupboard. His was filled with spiders instead of tea.

Hahaha I don’t know if there’s enough room in my cupboard given all the tea! But actually that would be a good way to drink down a lot of the teas…and hopefully there are no spiders in mine.

They have PUMPKIN PIE MATCHA? Oh god, there are so many I want.

Yup and I had wanted amaretto and it was not listed so I asked him to mix me something close using almond and cherry but he said he had it! LOL
I swear I can’t think of a flavor he does not have!
My next order will be some of the more unusual types like the rhishi (sp?) mushroom one, and some more healthy type blends.
Hemp is a must try along with a few others.
