I placed a small order with Dragon Tea House tonight. I have three plain white gaiwan and I’m getting rid of two of them (as I just don’t have the room) and replacing it with a new dragon themed one, as well as keeping one white one as a back up.

Honey cat broke a few of my teaware items :( She broke a gaiwan and two Japanese cups. The gaiwan I didn’t mind as it was plain white and I had three of those anyway, but the Japanese cups were my first and I loved them. Still she didn’t mean it, she’s old and her balance isn’t what it used to be. Bless her.

So I searched over the weekend and finally made my decision on replacements:

We had a friend over yesterday who was getting over an illness. I served her some Teavivre’s superfine grade Ali Shan oolong tea which she really enjoyed, so I ordered her a 100 gram bag today, and got some Oriental Beauty for myself.
