Then I saw a recommendation for Camellia Sinensis on the “recommend an online seller thread”. Looked at their website and this is exactly the kind of company that I usually like ordering from so……this sort of happened.

Oh boy! Sil posted on the Misc Sales page that Taiwan Tea Crafts are having a 20% off sale! I’ve been meaning to order from them as they got GABA Oolongs for a fair price plus lots of great looking oolongs. /Oolong Owl Hoot

They also have a free shipping coupon for $25 orders with a sample for first time buyers. Sadly, I went over $25. I couldn’t take anything out of the cart and the 20% deal was killer on 50g bags. But at least I didn’t spend $50!

So I may have placed a few orders, but they weren’t for me, which means I didn’t really break my hiatus. I just managed to get both of my parents addicted to the tea they had at my house last week ::grins:: They liked it so much they were asking me the second I walked in their front door if I had brought any along on my road trip. They were very disappointed that I only brought tea bags that I wanted to get rid of.
