I’ve been on a bit of a tea hiatus recently, but it’s pay day next week & I’m already planning my purchases! I’ve started with the 5 for $5 offer with Verdant & I’m eyeing up a few teas with Bluebird Tea as well. I wanted to place an order with the Persimmon Tree too, but alas they don’t ship internationally :(

Well, Teavana got me because I do love the Fig Rose, it’s an heavy herbal, so a large discounted sale was too good to pass up. Also picked up another herbal that was on sale that I haven’t tried and a cheap tin. And for some unknown reason I got free shipping.

A thread concerning ordering on ebay prompted me to purchase two teas from the Royal Tea Bay Co. in China: a 2011 Yunnan Iceland Village Raw Puer (100 gr), and a Yunnan Shu (cooked) puer which is a combination of leaves from 2006 and 2009 blended by the Nanpu Tea Factory in a 100 gram cake. I took the auction route for these, and am looking forward to trying them.
