2018 Tea Advent Calendars
If anyone wants to group order for Bird & Blend, let me know. I’m thinking more and more that I’d like to have their advent calendar.
I might be interested if a lot of others are. As I probably wouldn’t spend very much.
Yeah I mostly want the advent calendar, but not the additional £13 in shipping. :P
Okay, I’m officially disallowed from buying any more tea for the rest of the year. I just dropped over $200 on a Bird & Blend order that included both advent calendars… XD
In the past I have bought tea advent calendars and never got around to drinking the tea. So this year I didn’t even look into the David’s Tea one.
Since I’ve been needing to relieve myself of some tea, I made an advent calendar (nothing fancy with little windows and such, I just packaged up sampler sizes of tea, wrapped them, numbered them, then stuck them in a gift bag) out of teas from my collection to give as a gift to my bestie for Christmas, hahaha. I may do a second one for my sister, if I think she’d be keen on the idea.
There is also this one with a hefty price tag!

Wow! F&M’s is in a wooden box with hinged doors! Super cute, but I swore off that company a few years ago when I read about the awful treatment of the plantation workers where they buy from. Hopefully they have that sorted out now. Between the ethics and price tag, I think my wallet is safe… this time.
I read something that F&M has joined and ethical tea partnership to address the issues I had read about earlier. And then I bought one of their advent calendars on William Sonoma’s website. The non super fancy version.
