Using boiling water on the first infusion of Bai Hao Silver Needles?

There is no certain answer for the question. My way to brewing Bai Hao Silver Needles.
1. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water.
2. Fill the teapot 1/2 to 3/4 full with tea leaves, or 3 grams of tea leaves for every 150ml of water if you are not using purple clay. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 85°c (185°F) to 90°c (194°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing.
3. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
