Getting error while trying to view 'Notices'

More error msgs last 3-5 days and there is a backlog. Last time this happened, even though I eventually viewed all of them, some still were shown as unread. ://

Yeah…….right now I have “57 Notices”, even though I’ve read most if not all of them now that just wont clear to zero.
