Mm, tough call. Probably whatever breakfast blend I’m addicted to at the time… while all my other teas are fine luxuries to enjoy while relaxing, a strong black breakfast tea is simply something I need to function on a daily basis (plus it’s usually what I have the largest quantity of on hand at any given time, and who knows how long I’ll be gone).

Yes, but Oolongs can be resteeped many times, perhaps lasting longer. :))

The tin of Harney & Son’s Paris that’s on the counter near the fridge and mugs. (Although honestly if whatever situation is causing me to leave the house quickly, I should probably take teabags, in which case it’d be the big box of Bewley’s Irish Breakfast I found in Williamsburg last year.)

Probably an Oolong— Dong Ding, or Tie Guan Yin, or Da Hong Pao, and a Yixing teapot. I sure would miss my Darjeelings and FF Assams though. :-/

I would miss so many teas…….Senchas, Gyokuros, Snow Buds, my Jasmine Pearls!! :-/

Luckily the Zombies aren’t coming….so you aren’t going to have to face leaving any teas behind!

For the record, I would miss trying all of the teas out there.

Tough call. I think I’d have to take a tin of Teavana (yes, the dreaded Teavana!) Body + Mind — because it is so perfect, it tastes good unsweetened, and it is a blend of three kinds of tea. Everything else, I could probably replace in one form or another.

While I dislike the staff of Teavana, I do appreciate a few of their teas.

Everyone seems to think the mad rush to leave is because of zombies…I never really said it….but I love how we all thought it!

Organic China Black FOP from Upton. It’s the best “utility player” in my cupboard.
