Favorite Tea Literature
Do you have a favorite poem, quote, or phrase associated with tea?
“Seven Bowls of Tea” by Lu Tong, a Tang Chinese poet who lived from 790-835. Lu Tong’s poetry isn’t great, but it has a certain charm to it.
I know of one named “Times for Drinking Tea” from Ch’a Shu (Book of Tea) by Jan-Ming. I do not know its authenticity, but I really like it.
Hi, I came across this interesting thread but didn’t find too many participants. I hope you do not mind if I share my favorite tea poet and patron saint of tea blogpost with you. I hope those reading this thread will find it helpful.
