Japan has amazingly quick service.
You may consider EMS service as well.
Let me plug my own humble endeavor. We get tea out very quickly. Often times, same day depending on when order arrives to us. Mandalatea.com. Depending on where you are in US, you’ll see our tea within one to 3 or 4 days from order. We’ve got $5 flat rate ship in US with free ship on order subtotals $50 and above. I’d love the chance to be of service.
With gratitude, Garret
I will vouch for the man above> Excellent shop 2 days max in transit to Virginia.
Thank you, kind sir! Seeing our pics to close together I realize we are true blue friends!
I agree that Mandala sells good stuff and is hard to beat in the US for tea.
I have heard great things about Mandala. I’m going to check it out right now.
I also have to agree. Mandala provides great tea and absolutely fantastic service.
Agreed, Garret accurately describes his service and he offers a curated selection of excellent quality Chinese tea.
Color me grateful for these accolades. Reading this just made my day. Thank you, friends!
I got in my Mandala tea a couple of days ago. It’s awesome. I will definitely order more.
Thank you S :) It was a pleasure to get your teas together and shipped out to you. I am grateful for your patronage/support and so happy that you are enjoying your experience with us!
Grateful,
Garret
Thank you, will try this service :)
if you like flavoured teas, 52teas ships really quickly. It’s been awhile since ordering, but Whispering Pines, Joseph Wesley, and Wendigo also ship fairly quickly as well.
also, I live in Texas and have received orders from Yunomi in 2-3 days, which blows my damn mind.
I often receive orders from Yunomi in two to three days also and I am in New York. The fact that the post office gets it to Texas just as fast as New York when I live 50 miles from the ISC is surprising.
Whispering Pines: +1 Brenden also provides good service. He and Garret have some of the top-rated Chinese teas on Steepster and both are US-based.
(I have no experience with the other vendors mentioned above by annie or AllanK.)
An excellent US vendor who gets little press on here because they do not represent themselves is Simpson and Vail. They sell in my opinion generally high quality tea for reasonable prices. There tea is not quite as good as Whispering Pines but their prices are much lower and they ship quickly. Their website is www.svtea.com. I have ordered from them perhaps a dozen times.
I spread these drugs in the US pretty quick
Yep and with a good curated selection in your store!
Thanks for the responses, I will try Manadala and Yunomi for sure. May try 52teas as well. If anyone else has more to add please post.
Considering going outside the US, specifically directly shipped from China? We ship all orders same or next day depending on what time we receive the order. Total shipping time is around 14 days to the US. Free shipping on all orders, we normally ship EMS E-packet to the US.

I definitely would not order from China.
I order from China, and my parcels arrive within 3/4 days at the most. (Netherlands).
In my experience, Japanese and US vendors ship the quickest. Since you’re interested in US-based vendors, Verdant Tea and Beautiful Taiwan Tea Company are two I regularly order from with quick service.
I’m going to actually —1 myself. I haven’t been great at getting stuff out quickly as of late. Working on fixing the broken logistics here…really appreciate the mentions though! :-)
Hope all is lovely with everyone!
Happy Autumn!
Honesty and an executable action plan count!
(It’s been a while since my last order. I wasn’t aware.)
Another possibility:
Scott Wilson at Yunnan Sourcing (China) also has a US location in Bend, OR: Yunnansourcing.us
They have a very good selection of Chinese tea. (Not quite as large as their China site.)
I placed a YS US (Bend, OR) order on 10/17 and it arrived (Mid-Atlantic) today 10/21 with USPS Priority Mail 2-day at no extra cost.
