Stained tea ware
What’s the best way to get tea stains out of your tea ware? My set is mostly white and I’m usually good with cleaning with stuff out right away, but sometimes I’ll do a gongfu session in the morning before work and then I forget to clean it out until the next day.
I’m partial and I created it (with a chemist friend of mine who specializes in cleaning for restaurant/winery/brewery industry) but the Smart Soak is a lifesaver. Here is a link for reviews here:

I can set you up.

I will second smart soak. For the types of teaware it can be used on it is great. I don’t think it can be used on Yixing for example, but glass or anything glazed it is great.
Smart Soak is not for unglazed clay as it says on the label. With glass, plastic, metal, porcelain the stuff is stellar. I’ve also had several customers use it to clean tea stains from counter tops. I’m so happy people have been loving this product for so long. Thanks for the testimonials. Garret the Grateful
A pretty easy way is to wet your teaware, put some salt on the stains, wait 15-20 min, then rub/scrub those areas. It’ll come off. The only drawback is this can scratch certain materials but if your teaware is porcelain and white it should be fine.
I would argue that tea staining is a part of creating Wabi Sabi tea ware.
You can use a mixture of bleach and water to clean your cups.
However, you might reconsider once you see your teaware taking on an aged and unique look.
I might wash the inside of green tea ware.
