The first thing I would say is you have to mouse over the tea to see what it is, you should instead print below the image what the tea is. That and I almost didn’t scroll down to see your teas. I was expecting something to click on to take me to the main website.

Some of your teas look interesting. Where do you ship from and what is your shipping rate?

your white tea section is almost not visible.

I like the clean design and layout of the website. However, having to hover over the teas to see their names is a major pain.

Also, for your straight teas it would be helpful if you provided more sourcing information as well as the date of harvest.

One thing that attracts me to tea stores is tasters/sampler sizes and really unique flavours. I love that you have decaf teas! It is so rare to find decaf black teas on smaller tea stores.
