Bubbles in sheng pour

I’ve noticed that the last couple shengs I’ve poured, bubbles are left on the surface of the brew. I’m not doing a high pour or anything. Is this a sign of anything? Perhaps oils? I’m wondering if the amount of bubbles is something that can be used to judge the tea. — Thanks

I see it a lot. I don’t recall any issues on it though.

I think these bubbles were called tea saponin, which helps antibacterial, anti-inflammation and easing pain.

I saw there in Bosch 2015 today. I gaiwan-lid-scooped them off.

Tea is alkaline, like soap, so like soap water it will bubble up when you make it around
