I found this green tea quite enjoyable. And it is cheap. It’s loose tea though. I don’t drink teabags so have no suggestions there.

I think she means she has drank a limited amount of teas and it’s the best she has yet had. I don’t know that she meant that Twings London is the best. I first thought she said Twinnings.

Buy something organic and loose leaf probably, and I guess that’s it, nutrients facts aren’t really listed on tea. If you are looking for cheap get it in bulk from a larger company.
