Twinings Chai taste change...

For a while now, I had noticed a large change in the Twinings Chai Tea, it used to have a sweet, spicy taste and the after taste was to die for, now it’s become bitter, still got some spice and the after taste is horrid… Am I the only one who has experienced this?

I doubt many people on Steepster drink Twinings bagged tea. Most people on Steepster drink loose leaf tea.

I agree with AllanK. But, answering your question, I haven’t tasted this tea, but It makes me think that they have changed the base tea to a stronger assam or something like that. Or they are using more tea dust to produce it at a lower price.
