Tea-infused meat marinades
Hi everyone! Has anyone had luck with creating a tea-infused marinade for steak, chicken, salmon, etc? Very curious to hear how you did it and how it turned out!

I’ve used lapsang brewed in a small amount of water. Works great, but it can get quite strong if you marinade for too long.

i too have used Lapsang, with garlic, etc, and yes a little goes a long way but awesome if you want grill flavor in dead of winter
