How much tea do you drink daily?

My tea intake varies according to whether I have time for an afternoon tea session. In the morning I have a cup western style and don’t weigh the tea. I use three tsp in a Teavana Perfect Teaspoon which is actually more than a teaspoon. If I have time for an afternoon tea session I have a gongfu session where I use about 8-10g of tea. In the evening I usually have peppermint using about three tsp of leaf.

We’ve been drinking a lot lately. There’s too many new teas we want to try!

Anywhere between 20-25 grams of tea a day, but I work in a tea house and I taste/drink tea all day at work then have a cup or two at home
