Lupicia Happy Bag

I’ve been wanting to try Lupicia teas for a long while, but their prices and reluctance to have samples for most of their teas (I know about the sampler packs, which is something at least.) has in the past made me not inclined to buy from them. I went to the site the other night thinking maybe I will give a shot on 1-3 teas such as the Pineapple Oolong that I know alot of people on here liked. Then I spotted the happy bag and impulsively ordered it. LOL.

The question I have is how many teas come in the happy bag? Are they samples or a full ounce?

I do kind of wished I had come on here to ask before I ordered but ahh well.

Here are previous years happy bags. It gives you an idea of what’s in them

If you haven’t tried Lupicia it’s a fantastic deal, but yeah you might not get what you want to try. They generally give more popular/overstock items.

Lol…oh no, I’m not counting on getting what I know I want to try…just be flexible and enjoy what I do get.

Someone already posted a look into their bag this year:

I ordered one last week, and I am hoping it’s something similar..

I picked up the $30 bag (box) in store, so the selection is probably different than online. But I was pleasantly surprised by this year’s selection. It was pretty generous, a $70 value, with 9 full-size bags of loose tea, in a variety of types and flavors.

I hope you enjoy what arrives!!

So many greens. I need someone to split one with me and take the ones I don’t want :)

@Marzipan Hmmm… I was actually thinking about rehoming some of the ones I got. I’m not a huge black tea lover, and I already have a few of the ones in the box. If you’d be interested in swapping for the Sakurambo, Afternoon Tea and/or Darjeeling Second Flush, just let me know!

Congrats!! I was curious about whether the online version was the same as the in-store one (which it seems like it is), so I’m glad I didn’t give into the temptation of ordering to find out :)

It seems to vary…maybe depending on what they got an overstock of, probably.
