Here is my modest collection, Just moved into a new flat & I need a tea cupboard of some sort.
I bought a drawer system from Ikea and put all my tea into it. This works for me, but may not for everyone. You need to find what works for you…

I have two of these (so 4 drawers total) stacked on top of a night-stand. They could easily be put ontop of a counter, in a cupboard, or even ontop of a fridge since they are light enough to pick up and move around whenever. You can remove the fabric liner if you don’t like the look of it.
I have an 8 drawer storage unit from Costco. Its really well made. I sort the tea by company. The china cabinet to the right has most of my teaware.

I like the idea of the desk with the close-able bottom portion. I think that’s what it is? And doesn’t need to be fancy, as long as you can find tea when you want it, right? :)
Yes. I moved most of my tea stuff from the kitchen to my “study”. This is part of a set of bookshelves (I cut a hole in the back for the extension cord for the kettle). I never close the desk section but it provides a handy shelf at just the right height for steeping.
You may have answered this in other posts, but how do you keep the humidity level even in your puerh containers?
I keep the puerh in semi-air-tight containers. The humidity loses about 1% per day in the winter, when the house is about 40% RH. Every week or two, I put the containers in a room with a humidifier and crank it up to over 70% for a few hours. Then I seal up the containers. I have hygrometers in two containers. The humidity drops almost immediately to about 62-65% then drifts down. WHen it gets near 50% I repeat the process.
I use multiple bins, partly for convenience, but also to maintain separate categories of sheng, shu, and smoky sheng. I’ve also got a baggie of mild silver-bud teas and a baggie of YQH that are inside the sheng bin but isolated from the other teas. I fear having all the teas smell the same.

This is so cool. Mine is located in five different places at the moment none of which make for good photos. And I don’t have an Instagram account (for shame) or other photo sharing account though I intend to sign up for one. So for now, I’ll just describe my great mess ’o tea and you can imagine it. :-)
One kitchen counter with a jumble of tins, pouches, and teaware.
One other kitchen counter (not so much a counter as a ledge above a center island) with three boxes (the boxes in which my sample tins from Harney came) without their box tops, containing random samples.
Two kitchen drawers packed with tins and pouches. These are visible only from the top down which is why it makes for a horrible photo. I would love to have this drawer space back. The only thing positive I can say about giving up two kitchen drawers is it’s an improvement from two drawers and a cabinet. ;-)
The cart. This is a three-shelved wooden cart on wheels that came with plastic containers on two of the shelves and was originally intended for children’s toys. However, the containers were really too small for most toys and were exactly the right size to accommodate sample sizes from ATR, Todd & Holland, and other companies vertically on their sides in a sort of filing arrangement. So I repurposed them for those. The top shelf holds three gigantic tubs from the container story sitting on top of each other that have tea tins, pouches, etc. in them. The cart can travel from room to room if necessary. It is currently hugging the hallway wall between the dining room and my office.
