I’ve been tearing into the 2010 Haiwan Peerless, along with the 2005 Mengku Gold Awards, 2009 Dayi Hong Yun, 2009 Mengku Rongshi Golden Buds, 2009 Yunnan Sourcing Yi Dian Hong ripe, and Mandala’s new Rama Lama Bu Lang & older Phatty Cake II.

Im enjoying the Yong De Blue cake from YS today. A nice dark thick liquor with chocolatey/tobacco sweetness and slight bitter bite that compliments it well. A nice little camphor like feel in the mouth. Definitely feels appropriate for the chilly holidays. Warms the pu soul. (And its super affordable!)
