Searching for an item of tea

Anyone help me to locate a pure tea? The lead I have for the tea is
Xiamen Boyu company made and sold it. It’s packged in two tin foils in the form of tiny granules. The tea tasted like tea.

I would start my search by going back to the seller I bought it from. You really don’t list enough information for most people to help you find it. Is it black tea, is it oolong. Someone may know of the company but there are literally thousands of tea companies in China.

It was a gift from someone I know. So, there was no way to know where he got it.
The tea was puerh in a sandy granule form. Surprisingly, that tiny particle spread into a large leaf when in water. The manufacturer was Boyu (博予) in Xiamen (厦门), aka Amoy, in Fujian across Jinmen Island of Taiwan. Anyone know Boyu? That will narrow down a little bit to a source. I remember the tea to have been one of the few of its kind, which tasted like tea, in contrast to a majority of mere grass.

When you say it tasted like tea it sounds like you are describing a ripe puerh. Mandala Tea has a lot of them and are running a sale until the end of the month 20% off.
