Questions about teaware...
Hi!
I have only 2 gaiwan and 2 teacup, one of the gaiwans is made of porcelain, the other one of glass, and both cups are made of porcelain.
Can I use one of the cups for pu erh (both shou and sheng) and the other one for whites and greens? Or the shou flavour will remain in the teacup and ruin my sheng brewings? (I think that this only happen with clay, but I prefer to ask).

Porcelain doesn’t absorb flavors; you should be fine to use anything for any tea. You only want to dedicate pots if they’re made of unglazed clay.

Perfect.
So then, I can also use one like this one to all purpose, right?
