Vancouver Tea Festival

Is anyone going? I know it’s a long shot to be asking on an international forum, but I am hoping I might have the chance to meet a fellow Steepster at this festival! I might be volunteering there, so give me a shout if you happen to be there! I will, of course, be telling everyone there about Steepster. :)

Hope you do end up attending! Sorry for your experience at our first festival, but one thing I can assure you of is we wouldn’t be bringing it back if we weren’t certain this time will be vastly better (now that we actually have an idea what we’re doing!)

That’s good to hear! I’ve been a little hesitant to purchase tickets in advance this time around, but I’m pretty sure I’ll end up going.

Oh, hey – I have stickers that I bought and forgot to have at the check in desk at the Midwest Tea Festival so Steep peeps could ID each other. Anyone who wants to PM me, I’d be happy to mail you one so you can spot each other :)

Unfortunately, I don’t own a funny hat, but I would love to grab one of those stickers! :) Would it arrive in time for the festival, I wonder?

I looked for the stickers tonight and I must have put them somewhere super safe because I can’t find them anywhere. :(

I plan to, but for the most part I’ll be rather incognito. I’m not great with meeting people.

I hate buying things online, but I suppose I’ll have to grab my ticket soon. I didn’t even get in last time… Honestly should have volunteered when I had the chance, but looks like it’s all filled up.

Are there any east coast American tea events anyone knows of? or is there a forum? I keep seeing festivals, but they are quite a distance (Washington, Midwest, Canada, etc…)

NY has coffee & tea festival and Harney & Sons has at least one event in Millerton I think. Philly has coffee & tea festival.

I’ll be going, once I sign up for Groupon and buy my tickets. I was going to volunteer, but a 6 hour volunteer shift vs paying $6 for a ticker? Uhh.. I’ll just pay thanks.
