Storing Puerh Samples

I put all remains from samples that I like into a paper bag labeled “house mix”. My mix from 2014 was quite large and had a lot of good quality tea in it. I mixed it carefully and now have a new tea that should be quite interesting, good quality, and will age fairly rapidly.

That’s a great idea. I also sometimes wind up with remnants too small for a session. I should start throwing them into one of my spare ceramic tea canisters. Thanks!

Wow this is actually a really great idea, Thanks!

There’s too much Xiaguan in my shou blend, and now it’s just been tasting like Xiaguan for months.

The sheng blend is still very interesting and ever changing, though. ^^
