Black teas I always add milk and sugar. If I’m lucky and have access to honey I’ll use that instead of sugar. Green tea and herbals just as is.
Drink with no milk or sugar at home with my own tea! I like to add milk or sugar only when I have tea in cafe/ tea shop outside.
Sometimes a bit of sugar in darjeeling. sometimes.
Everything else straight up.
Usually drink straight for most of the Chinese Tea.
Add honey sometimes….
It depends on the type of tea. Greens, whites, and oolongs – I typically take those straight. If I’m feeling under the weather I like to add lemon and honey to my green tea. For black tea, I tend to add a little bit of sugar and a splash of milk/cream but it also depends on the type of black tea I am drinking.
Straight, gong fu style.. except for greens, which I brew western.
Milk and sugar. I like sweet teas.
