Shoot, I looked at the dates and realized I can’t do it as I’m going to be out of town the beginning of October.

I have some questions. If I choose to participate, does the teas need to be in a box or can they be in a bubble mailer? Should they be teas we have or should we buy them? What about decorative packing how do you go about doing that? if we buy online how do you make sure the teas get here in time to send the gift? How much should be spent on the fall extra and what not?

Hi! Sorry, I misread your post the first time.
The gift can be shipped anyway you like, but it would be nice if it arrived not broken or too crushed by the postal system. You can also choose to wrap it or decorate it however you like. You have the choice of buying them tea or shopping your stash, but the teas should be selected with your person in mind.
If you buy online and ship it directly to your person, most places have really good shipping, especially domestic, it should be fine. The tentative deadline to ship out is the 10th of October, which gives plenty of time for shipments to arrive by Halloween, but I think we’ll wait until about the 10th of November to call a shipment ‘lost’. If you think your package will take longer to arrive than a month, you can let me know and I’ll let your Secret Pumpkin know, or you can contact them directly.
The total worth of the package not including shipping should be approx $15. But this is not an absolute, you are the giver of your gift and if you choose to spoil (or not) your Secret pumpkin, that’s to your discretion. The only absolutes is the minimum amount of tea and a fall extra.
