Can someone explain to me why DoMatcha 2nd harvest is cheaper than others? Is it the 2nd harvest thing? Regular DoMatcha ceremonial grade is like 28 an ounce while 2nd harvest is 38 for over 2 oz. what is it about “2nd harvest”?

I’m not 100% sure about matcha… but most of the time a later harvest will have a different flavor profile for many reasons. It’s worth trying a sample, because the traditional premium first pick flavors might not be what is most enjoyable to your own taste buds.
