Sorry this isn’t really the correct place for this but one of the survey questions was about using mobile devices to shop. On the individual teaware pages under Technical Specifications. Those specifications aren’t displaying properly on my phone. They are all jumbled and printed over each other. Just thought you might want someone to check on it. I’m using Android. Not sure if others are experiencing the same thing. Were ok on my computer earlier. :)

1) PayPal!
This was one of the biggest requests. I am really excited to announce that you can now check out with PayPal on our new site! I know that so many folks prefer this as a more convenient option, and we’ve been hard at work getting everything properly integrated on the new website. No more custom PayPal invoices :) You can now choose to checkout with PayPal right from the cart.
2) Samples!!
So many people told us about how much they loved the Five for Five sample pack. But sometimes you want a sampler of other things! We’ve been working with WeiWei and our partners to figure out a way to offer a wider range of accessible ways to taste a lot of teas in smaller portions, and I’m really excited to share our NEW Tea Farmer sample packs.
From the He Family’s classics to Li Xiangxi’s special reserve Wuyi oolong and black teas, you can now choose special pre-made tea tasting kits themed around each of our partner farmers. Whether you want to taste a fun range in smaller quantities or you’re looking for a way to get to know a particular farm or region, these are great new options!

I am also really excited to announce lower shipping rates for folks in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the USA, the UK, Canada and Australia! After our first month of shipping packages (and before everyone closed up shop for the National Holiday this week!) we were able to get together with our shipping partners to figure out new rates that are even more accessible.
Orders to these countries can now get automatic free shipping on all orders $38+. Smaller order have the same low, flat $5 rate.
We’re still hard at work on all sorts of improvements, but I wanted you guys to be the first to know about these updates! You’re feedback has been so helpful :)
