The great Butiki sip down!
List still coming tonight, but just finished a sipdown of two cups of Hello Sweetie. The first cup I oversteeped by probably 15 minutes… and it was still very drinkable. That Premium Taiwanese Assam is really great.. looking forward to exploring other Taiwanese assams in the future. The second cup was steeped 5 minutes and was perfect, notes in my Tealog!

Today I’m finishing up Pumpkin Irish cream. =)
I’ve been trying to save my pumpkin ones till Fall. May have been a bad move on my part. How was the flavor level left on yours?
It’s a little faded, but the flavor is still spot on. But I put most of mine in little ziplock baggies when I got them in lieu of vacuum packing them. If yours is still in its paper packing, it might be more faded.
That said, most of the pumpkin flakes had settled outside of the main bulk. Shake the tea first. =)

Gosh, I don’t even know how much I have left, but I know it’s alot. I really went all out and hoarded during the final sales. That being said though, I think I’m a least a few teapots worth away from sipdown most of them. Butiki is like my special treat teas, so I’m not in a hurry to finish them.

haha! I was just going to post that about Ruby Pie right before you did. Still delicious! I guess this thread reminded me to drink my special flavored teas more often, so thanks for that Marzipan. :D
I have so many!!! On the one hand, I know I should finish them off before they lose their flavor…on the other hand, I am going to be pretty devastated on the day my tea collection becomes Butiki-less. :(
