sodium/calcium ascorbate are more effective than your regular ascorbic acid for vit C coz they are alkaline. Pray, take 2 capsules with 2 glasses of water, and get lotsa sleep. Repeat. This cut my flu to just 24hours :) (after repeating 4x)
