Do you mean mix shou and sheng? No, I don’t brew them together. I enjoy them separately.

cold steeped Lupicia Sencha Matsuri from last night and
Lupicia Matcha Kirara Rice steeped until just before it gets bitter…and then off to cold steep :)

(contented sigh and smile)

hmmm..will it ruin my kyusu if i put cold water while it’s still a bit hot?
