I am automatically skeptical about detox teas. Either they don’t work or contain dangerous ingredients.

Yeah my opinion on detox stuff ranges from eye rolling to concern, but I’ve had some good “detox” teas that were just tasty herbal teas with nothing sketchy about them besides the unsubstantiated health claims.
