Indian Tea or Chinese Tea?

It’s not really a cut and dry question. I say we enjoy them both for what they are because they are so very different. Terroir changes everything :)

Exactly, Nicole. I’m a beginner, but I have to say, I’m in awe of the variety available for Indian and Chinese teas. They are so different, and I like that I can choose from such a huge variety based on my mood. I’m sure that my tastes will change as I try more teas, but my favorite tea basically changes based on the time of day…Yunnan black tea or Assam in the morning, Darjeeling green in the afternoon…they all seem like the best tea ever at the time I’m drinking them.
