That’s probably close to being correct. I’ve been drinking more iced tea than hot tea so I’ve been buying and drinking mostly fruity stuff to cold steep. Need to get back to my pu’erh situation but just not motivated. :(
I just finished my tea inventory for the month. I had one addition, which was the Jalam TOMC, so that brings me back up to 300 to start June off. I’d like to set a goal this month to get it down to 250, although my guess is it will be more like 275, but that is still progress!

I spent the day organizing, updating, weighing my teas. I thought I was done and everything was correct, except this count is 222 and my spreadsheet says 223. Uggggg why can I never get it right the first time. Anyway…. I’m going with 222 teas 10395g. Will look for the error on the spreadsheet.
LOL That actually makes me feel better. I only have about 2KG more than you do – I would have thought it was more than that. It’s the pu’erh – pu’erh cakes are not good for volume in cupboard. :)
glad it made you feel better haha me, i’m not so sure…but to be fair, i did just bring back like 3 kg from paris…so there’s that lol
Weighing tea? LOL, I think I’d better pass on that for now! I just weigh out a little when I’m getting ready to drink it :)

LOL Yep – travel tea buying excursions are SOOOOOO much fun, but not so good on the cupboard. I still had most of my Vancouver tea in a box until I went through it this weekend. I keep saying I need to stop and never do – so here’s hoping for moderation. :)
haha i’m with you there Dex. I’m trying my damndest not to buy anything until i get through trying everything in my cupboard or i’m totally out of all my teas from a company. Weddings are the suck. lol
…little terri whispering loudly (like children often do) to Dex… I think we should organize a BIG wedding present teabox for SIL, hehehe…maybe a traveling teabox that visits everyone on stepsister, & everybody just adds some tea to it, with the box getting bigger and bigger until it finally arrives on Sils doorstep, so BIG that she almost can’t get it into the apartment!!! It will be awesome!!

Thanks Dex! Those sip downs were probably completed over the course of a week, I’ve really slowed down, but still plugging along. Here’s one from today:

I’ve had the GCTTB so I haven’t managed to get many in, but the box was really fun this round and I got to try a lot of good teas. Looking for 200 but won’t get there by the end of the month.

286. Yunnan Black Gold Bi Luo Chun Spr. 2014 – YS
Time to count my teas! I did my monthly inventory, and somehow I’ll be starting July with 292 teas… A friend gave me a lapsang she saw because she loved the cover of it, I got another monthly club package from Jalam, I got 2 samples free from Crimson Lotus, I discovered a small package of Verdant’s Vanilla Citrus Spice up in the vault…and I don’t know what the other addition is, but onward, through the fog of sip downs!
My goal for July will be to get down to 200. It probably won’t happen, so maybe I should make my goal to get down to 250?
ACKCKCKKKK!!!
